Finding answers

An answer to most questions can usually be either found in the RenderPal V2 manual or by browsing our forum, which also offers an FAQ. A good starting place for new users are our video tutorials, which explain all basic features of RenderPal V2 to get you started. On our blog, you'll also find valuable resources.

 

If you cannot find an answer, you can always send us an email to support@shoran.de. Emails are usually answered within 48 hours. Registered users always receive prioritized support.

 

When sending a support request, be sure to include as many details as possible, including your general work environment (hardware and network configuration, operating systems and so on), as well as the RenderPal V2 version you are using.

Spam filters: When contacting us via email, make sure that your spam filter will not block any @shoran.de address (e.g., add our addresses to the whitelist of your spam filter). If you did not receive an answer from us within 48 hours, make sure to look into your spam folder first.
